Hi Salty!

Thank you for joining the Salty Sports family! This Newsletter is really straightforward and contains three major parts: Recapping our social runs, sharing a useful tip around training and giving you insights behind the brand.

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

Strength training is essential for every runner and is extremely effective to improve your performance. That’s why we’re giving you a full leg day routine you can do once or twice a week to keep your legs nice and healthy! 

BEHIND THE BRAND

There’s a lot going on at the moment with the pursuit to deliver high-end performance apparel to equip you for your athletic endeavors. Since this is the first update brief, let’s just start with a quick overview: The first collection, “Run Your Town”, contains a cut-off shirt, tights (running, swimming), and performance socks. We will announce the release date soon! You may have noticed, but we already wore it on the Munich Run Club Event!

MUNICH WEEKEND THROWBACK

Seven cities, seven runs, one strong community. Currently we are in Munich, Amsterdam, Vienna, Zurich, Leuven, Mainz and Berlin. We will announce new places soon!

Back two weeks ago on the 23rd of March we hosted a special run club event in Munich powered by Lululemon. Over 100 of you came by to run through the streets of Munich on a rainy Saturday morning. The weather was anything but good, but that was not a problem for us! Afterwards we met at the Urban Gardeners store to hang out, have coffee and croissants. We will definitely do more events like this in the future so be prepared!
